Paul Smith was born with severe cerebral palsy. In his Oregon nursing, Smith types away with one finger tirelessly. However, he's no author. In fact, he considers himself an artist, and once you see what he's creating you'll certainly agree.

George A. Spiva Center for the Arts' "On the Other Side" tornado-themed exhibit features various styles of artwork including some made from tornado debris.

"On the Other Side," was designed to allow art to contribute to Joplin's healing process for both the artists who created the pieces on display and the many coming to view the unique exhibit.
